Comprehensive 9-week program with orientation and 8 weekly sessions

Orientation Session

Introduction to the program, expectations, and preparation for the journey ahead.

Main Program

Dates: March 14 – May 2, 2026

Duration: 2 hours each
Frequency: Saturday afternoons, 8 consecutive weeks

Weekly sessions combining meditation, movement, discussion, and practical stress reduction techniques.
