What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness meditation combines meditation with the art of fine tuning our inherent capacity to be more aware and present 'in the now'. It offers practical skills to cultivate a more harmonious relationship to our thoughts, feelings and sensations, while facilitating a deeper understanding of oneself.

Research has shown that training the mind to be present can improve attention, concentration and working memory over time. It has also been shown to improve resiliency and emotion regulation while helping to foster kindness and acceptance towards oneself and others.
